NEW OLD CONSTRUCTION DECLARATION

It is a notarial and registry procedure that allows a building that already exists but has never been formally declared a property to be registered in the Property Registry.
Why do I need it?
It is usually required for older buildings, undeclared renovations, or in sales and inheritance processes.
As technicians, we draft the descriptive certificate and certify the age of the building, usually through documentary, topographical, or photographic evidence.
